We want you to be completely satisfied with your home acoustics. If our panels aren't the perfect fit for your space, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the acoustic panels back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not dented or scratched during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the panels for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
